Driving Directions to our office:

From the Southern State Parkway (SSP)- Meadowbrook Parkway to the SSP west OR Cross Island Parkway to SSP east to Exit 19S (Peninsula Blvd.); get in the left lane and after the Mercy Medical Center exit bear left onto North Village Avenue and continue into town.  You will see the elevated rail road tracks just past the Dunkin Donuts shop; make a left immediately under the tracks into the station parking lot;  go to the next street which is North Park Avenue, and make a left; go 2 blocks to the stone and glass office building on your right and park either in our lot or on the street

From Eastern Long Island- take Sunrise Highway West, make a right onto North Park Avenue (a coffee shop is on the right), go under rail road tracks and go 2 blocks to the stone and glass office building on your right and park either in our lot or on the street

From Queens or Brooklyn- from the Belt Parkway take Sunrise Highway east then take the fork to Merrick Road east and make a left onto North Park Avenue (Haagen Das is on the left) go under rail road tracks and go 2 blocks to the stone and glass office building on your right and park either in our lot or on the street

Parking- please only use the spaces designated to Dr. Cartagine or Visitor in the parking lot; non-metered, 2 hour parking is available on N. Park Avenue or on St. Mark's Place

From the Train Station- from the eastern end of the train, walk downstairs on N. Park Avenue 2 blocks to 119 N. Park Avenue on the right side of the street
